Will I need a wetsuit?
Yes, you will. Our water temperatures range from mid 50′s to low 60′s. We highly recommend wetsuits. We provide discounted wetsuit rentals from WetsuitRental.com. View our wetsuits information page for more information.
Where and when is Packet Pick-up?
Packet Pick-up will be on Saturday, March 23rd, 2013 from 12 pm to 6 pm and also race day, Sunday, March 24th, starting at 6 am. It will be located at the Lopez Lake Marina. The exact address is 6800 Marina Road, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420.
Who can race?
Anyone. We have no minimum or maximum age limits. If you think you’re a special case, ask us, and we can clarify how we can make March Triathlon Series work for you!
What distances are offered?
March Triathlon Series offers both Sprint and Olympic distance races. For more information about the courses, please visit our course information page.
Who does this race benefit?
March Triathlon Series is proudly hosted by the Cal Poly Triathlon Team. All proceeds from the event go directly to the team to help provide athletes discounted race entries and travel fees to other collegiate races throughout California, as well as Collegiate Nationals.
